Once again after just 3 days it says "no available minutes" so again I have a dead phone. Michaelia sorted it out and all was OK for a few days ; now back again. What a system ! I think I will have to try another company but that will mean being without a phone for a week or more. Is it possible to speak to someone but even this is impossible with no phone. HELP

3 days after being last contacted by a customer support agent means that the previous ticket has already been closed. The customer should not simply reply to Michaelia. The customer will need to open a brand new ticket using the chatbot.

there is no one to actually speak to. If you've been through this before...you know the drill. Contact Customer Support and they'll "fix" it for you, I'm afraid that's the best we can suggest.
Try doing a network reset too.

do you have unlimited calling minutes? If you do, it is just a common glitch. Usually a device reboot would resolve the problem. If you still unable to call after a rebooting the phone, ask PM support agent to refresh the account
