I can't sign into my account. I get a notification window that my password is not correct, which it is. Furthermore, I cannot change my password because the 6-digit number is not sent to my phone. What is the solution?

There's an email option as well. Type in your account email and it will send the code there.

type  request email  password reset 

2. alternatively you can private message them here
