Hello,
I want to cancel my plan because I am not using the phone for 2 months. I called my cell phone at *611 and was asked to type in the PIN number. Unfortunately I do not remember it. Is there any other way that I can prove my identity?

@MaryDesjardins @Try logging in again in incognito , go to payments manage auto pay and remove the credit card info and you won’t be charged again .additionally if you want to keep your same phone number just port it out to a new carrier and that will automatically cancel your account

@MaryDesjardins do you remember your My Account login ? You can login to MY Account to change the PIN and/or disable Autopay. Once autopay is disabled, PM won't charge you further and 90 days later, your account will be close
If you forgot your My Account login, either reset it there with the link or open ticket with PM support

Just don't pay / renewal and your account will deactivate after 90 day.
