Testing my luck out here. I've messaged moderators yesterday night and this morning but still waiting for a reply. My phone renewed it's plan yesterday but sometime during the day, it didn't allow me to make local calls/SMS. I wasn't even able to get to my voicemail. My data works fine. My credit card shows that PM took $150 yesterday (3mo unlimited provinicial talk/text, 9 gb 4G). I need my phone for work so I was wondering if anyone experienced this and tried purchasing an add-on for a temporary fix?

Might sound like a stupid question but please bear with me - have you rebooted your phone?
You need a working calling base plan for the calling add-ons to work. Since your data is working you could use a calling app like fongo or hangouts.
There have been reports that one can top up manually to get the plan to work, however, it looks like your problem is a partial renewal which means you'll need moderator intervention to make talk and text work.
The mods are swamped right now but, working on a first come first serve basis, will get back to you as soon as they can. You don't need to send another message (which would clog the system even more).
Hang in there!

@kikkoman12 Community Moderators are available from Mon-Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT) so depending when you messaged them, they may have already been out of the office. They usually try to respond to messages in order received so you should hear from someone soon this morning.
For more info on contacting the moderators you can look at this KB article https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moder...
