Hi all,
I can't seem to get any data. I went with the $25/ month plan that includes data..
In my SIM status on my phone, it says network disconnected.
Maybe a bummed SIM card?
Yes, my data was turned on..
Any ideas how to fix it?

Test your PM SIM card with another phone. Make sure restart the test phone after inserted your PM SIM card. If you get data with the text phone, your PM SIM card and account are okay. Something is wrong or not configured correctly on your phone.
What phone are your using and the OS version?
Sorry. Just read your post. You have an Umidigi A3S. There are other users have the data issue for Umidigi A3S. I will do the research and look for solution.

@cp6996 Can you post a screenshot of your APN settings?
Also, make sure your phone is connected to Public Mobile as the network operator. Scan for network operators on your device if you don't see it listed.

@cp6996 at this point if you have tried what has been suggested then you probably have an issue with your account. Moderators may need to do an account reset or something or just activate the data on your account.

@cp6996 A data block should be listed under Data & add ons in your account. If it's missing data has been completely used up or was not added during activation. Activation error can only be repaired by the moderators.

Set Up Data On An Android Phone
Here’s how to set up data in 3 steps:1) Tap:
2) Input this info:
3) Leave all the other fields blank. Just hit save, and you’re good to go!

Login to your account,
if you account status is active and you can call and text, restart your phone to let PM SIM card configure your phone automatically.
If you have a LG phone, you need to do a network reset after changing provider before your data working again.

@cp6996 try turning your phone off, pulling out the SIM. Wait a few minutes. Place the SIM back in. You can walk through different scenarios with the bot as well it will guide you on what you can do if you are ok talking to AI. lol

Does your calling in/out and texting in/out work?
Likely you'll need to make sure the APN settings are correct.
Search for gishan canada and find Public Mobile and find your phone.
