Asking me for a 6 digit pin to have full access and I never receive it. Would like to set up full access

Just to ensure ... you have your PM SIM card in your device?
Try resetting network connections and toggling airplane mode on/off to see if the text arrives from PM.

is your PM service working? can you make outgoing calls or receiving incoming calls?
were you using the PM app to activate? if not please download the PM app from app store and try again
if you have been using the app but unable to login because of the code, please open ticket with PM support and they can sort it out
