I've purchased a new sim card to replace one that was lost. i will like to keep the same phone number. How do i activate this sim card.

sign into your account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca
Clicke on "Plan and add-ons" and then click on the "Change sim card" tab and enter the new sim card serial number and save. New sim card will start working instantly.

You can log into your self-serve and complete the SIM card number change yourself. See the image below:
Once you log in, click on the "Plan and Add-ons" tab, then click below the "Change SIM card" tab. Make sure to enter the number exactly is it displayed on the card you purchased. Insert to your device, reboot your device, and you should be good to go.
