i just got set up at london drugs with you guys and my phone is asking for a SIM network PUK. My SIM number is xxxxx. Better to send it to my email at xxxx

The customer mentioned that the phone is asking for the SIM Network PUK. In the case of an iPhone device, there is no such code, so this wouldn't be an iPhone that the member is using.

Contact your previous provider to give you the unlock code for your phone. If its an iPhone then they will send the request to Apple to unlock your phone. What is the make and model of your phone?

@dubvolvo but do you have a SAMSUNG phone? If so, you can contact Samsung for the code.
Call 1-800-726-7864 for Samsung live support, The only info you will need to provide for a master unlock was the IMEI and where the phone was purchased

SIM network PUK is not something PM can help. Your phone was locked to your previous provider, you need to contact them and ask for a carrier unlock code
