Hi I would like to switch over my other phone number to public mobile but it will not allow me to pay for it. It keeps stating that payment failed. I currently have my daughter's phone with public mobile and would like to transfer my phone as well. I already set up an account with a different email as it stated in your help section for me to do.
I would like to purchase your 35 plan with canada, US and Mexico.

@Bethiez , if your payment card has been rejected a number of times today, it might be locked out. If you try again, use a different payment card or wait 24 hours for the lockout to time out. I find that enabling location permission on the app helps with payment success.

first, make sure you use a different email from your other PM account, PM system is one email for one account
and did you use the PM app to subscribe? If not, please download the PM app and try. If you already using the app, then uninstall the app first, reboot and reinstall. But try also create a new account using another email address to login the app and start the subscription, hope that works
