HI @DanielRoyer you are not trying to port in number, right?
If you are porting in number, you don't use Change number, you go to Profile page and click Transfer number
if you really want to pick a new number to change , try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode

Try using Incognito mode first. If still fails, try using a computer or different device
