Hi when I register my account I got to pick new number, I guess I use up all my tries to pick a new number. Now do I have to wait till next month so I get to pick a new phone number.

may I know why you need to change the phone number? You just want to have a nice number pattern?
if so, you don't have to accept the 4 or 5 numbers the system presents you if you don't like any of those. You can simply refresh or pick another city to generate another set of numbers. With that, you won't waste the 4 changes on each cycle

Yes I accept every time, I guess I'm just going to wait till next month..I'll be careful this time, since I know there's a limit

Did you actually accept four different numbers? You should be able to just continue scrolling through the numbers on offer until you find one you like.

just login to your My Account or use the App to change phone number
no, you don't have to wait till next month, you can change now
but after you change to it, wait an hour and log back on, use the email address to login the account again and go to Profile page and you need to click Manage EverSafe id and manually update the 2FA phone number there to the new one. Yes, you need to update that part manually

As mentioned, only allowed to change number 4x within 30 days. Need to wait 30 days to change number again.

@Bubbar002 You can change your phone number 4X for free every 30 days and you can do this in your account profile page or in the app
Change # on profile tabs
Or do it on the app “change number”
