New member here... no long receiving texts, and my outgoing texts are disappearing

Just joined. Already regretting it. 

I've missed several important texts in the last few days because they haven't ever arrived to my inbox. 

I also found out several of my outbound texts have not been received...

What's going on...?

Pls convince me why it's worth staying and not immediately taking my business elsewhere... this is ridiculous

@KatieO33   What kind of texts?  Are these SMS, MMS, RCS, iMessage?   If you aren't getting 2FA short code texts that's something that can take a few days to start coming in.

@KatieO33  Low cost plans is the only reason besides the helpful community , have you tried rebooting the device or restarting network settings to try and fix the issue ? Can always ask support to refresh your account and see if that helps to improve things for you
