I opened an account today ( within the last 6 hrs) and discovered my watch plan isn’t supported so have requested to return to my original carrier .
Given that this was opened erroneously by myself will I be able to request a reimbursement of the prepaid mth I paid ?

Thank you .. I will do so tomorrow during business hrs … just to clarify .. I was misinformed by an agent that as long as I had a cell plan for my watch ( which I do have a stand alone watch plan ) that it would function independently.. so thought I could have a different carrier for the phone ..

Public Mobile is a prepaid service. Because you've admitted here that you didn't do your research before signing up regards using your watch, I honestly feel you may be out of luck. However, you can see what a CS Agent says since I don't work for the company and my thoughts are only my opinion as a fellow customer.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
