New account just activated, but I can only call out, not receiving any calls, not able to receive/send any SMS, can't even get the code to complete my account registration.
What should I do?

Yes, I have restarted my phone multiple times as well as reset the network. Unfortunately, not working at all. ☹️

Did you restart your phone? What type of phone do you have?
Sometimes resetting networks helps.
