Hello,

Trying to activate a new number. After payment, on my mobile app getting message to contact support as acivation is having issue.

@Tatiana25  So they should be able to assign you a new number then if you can’t go back on the app to re choose

waiting for support as I cannot even go further during my activation...I am stuck at a certain step

support told me that the number was taken

@Tatiana25  So you picked a new number from PM didn’t port one into PM ? I have had that happen to me where I picked number from the list of numbers PM offering only to find out it was already taken and should have never been in the pool to begin with . Only option was to change number in profile like this or get support to change it for you . Also note you can change your phone number 4x in a 30 day cycle for free

guys, support told me that number I have booked was taken and system has a glitch...waiting for a resolution 

@Tatiana25Check your credit card and confirm if PM charged you already

Try out the sim in a phone and see if it connects

are you trying to activate eSIM?

if you are, maybe it was just a problem with installing esim.  Check your welcome email and try to install the eSIM by scanning the QR code there
