Hello

I have just joind the PublicMobile by registering my new SIM card.

It did accept the SIM registeration however not responding by any cell phone I inserted the SIM into. 

Plz advise if any one has any solution

Are you certain the phones you are trying it in are not locked to a previous carrier? If putting the SIM in makes it not display Public Mobile, it is quite possible the phone isn't compatible or it is locked to another network. You may need to reach out to your previous carrier to unlock it (It's free).

@Syeda1Can you log into your selfserve account? If so maybe try a Lost / Found trick or add extra $1 to your balance. those 2 methods supposdly kick start plans.. If that fails you will need to contact a moderator for help.. they will respond in about 48 hours.
