New Order 123403 Due to not receiving Original Order 119485 - #3987-7749

Hi Public Mobile Support,

 

I finally received a new sim card (New Order 123403) after not receiving the original (Order 119485) purchased back on June 22.

 

As previously communicated, since I had to find other means (Kijiji) to get a sim card in order to meet the Freedom Mobile cutoff date, I was told that I can use this new sim for the same plan but for my wife's Bell #. What are the next steps to get the ball rolling?

The promo was for freedom mobile customers only, BUT If you have written communication explaining that situation where she would be eligible, you should private message a mod. You can use the link below for reference on how to do that

The freedom mobile offer was only available for freedom mobile customers and for those who activated within the time frame, not when the sim card was originally purchased
