New Active SIM no income call or text

I just actived new plan and choose a new number yesterday.

Until today, I can call out and have data service but CANNOT get any SMS or voice call. Even weirder, when I use another phone to call the new number, some else answer the call, my new number didn't even ring.

Any suggestion?

Update: The PM got replay from Agent, they fixed the problem.

I will try to use email to 2FA, but looks like there is only SMS, no email option.

hi @Jinhuan 

the system sometime got mixed up and give the already assigned number as a new number for activation. You have no choice but to get a new one.  Try to login My account, (use email to receive 2FA, click Didn't receive code and the Send email) , to to profile page and click pencil icon to the right of the phone number and choose another one

if you cannot login because of 2FA, them ask support to help , submit ticket via direct message
