Never received ordered SIM card in the mail

Never received my SIM card in the mail. Although it’s said it has been delivered. It is taking forever to get follow-up and I no longer want to be a Public Mobile Customer as a result. I want a refund for the SIM card I paid for and did not receive.

 

I need a Moderator to contact me ASAP!

Where do you see it showing delivered? There is not usually a trackable record of SIM card shipment.

 

But as per Public Mobile articles, if it has been over 10 days, contact Customer Support about not receiving the SIM card:

How long have you been waiting for?  In general, depending on where you live, PM Sim card delivery can be 1-2 weeks.  

 

Since PM is prepaid, there is no refunds in general.  You can contact Customer service agent as described above.  It will take 1-2 hours for CSA to respond.
