I placed my order over a month ago and never received my SIM card its been 30+ business days. I was also charged 2 times for the sim card!

This is typical, unfortunately. Buy from Amazon or find a local Telus/Koodo store that has stock of them. Then contact t @CS_Agent to ask for a refund on your initial order.

additionally...are you aware that esim's are gratis right now for all new accounts. Depending on if your phone is esim capable...might be a good option to get a start on your Public Mobile plan activation.

PM sim card deliver could take as many as 3 weeks, but one month is too much
Please submit ticket with CS agent using messaging and ask them for update and likely resend the card
