Hi,last 2 years I was using public mobile service and I had a preauthorize payment option.I was out of country for 3 months when I came back my service was not working.is there any chance I can get my service back with same number?

There is a slim chance you can get your old number back only if you got the number from Telus or Koodo.
If the number is from Rogers or Bell then the answer is No.

Your account has been deleted due to no pay for 90+ days.
Chances to get assigned the same number are very slim. But it does not hurt to contact agent and ask if they can do something for you (if number is not reassigned).

@3M hi it probably is being used by someone else by now you can try and call the number to see if someone answers at least that way you will know if it may still be avaliable

I don’t mind to get a new sim but is that possible to get the same number?

@3M hi if your account was suspended more then 90 days your account is closed permanently,you will need a new sim and account to reactivate,I am afraid your number may be gone
