Are you referring to the $1 reward? The $10 bonus referral credit? The $10 only goes to the friend you referred. Or did you recieve a text offering a $20 bonus referral credit to you if you referred a friend within a certain time period?

@oslin4632  Did you never get the friend referral from the beginning?  How about your friend?  He got the $10  shortly after he joined?

For a friends referral that was missed, you friend is supposed to be the one opening a ticket with mod to confirm.    

Let say you friend did get his $10 and just you never get it , maybe you can open a ticket with Mod.  But you didn't aware till now?

Did you logon your My Account and check the friend referral list?

@oslin4632  have you been getting the reward and just stopped?  

If so, any chance your friend's has moved away from PM?

Also, any chance your account was suspended, either intentionally or due to missed payment?  If you account was suspended then activated, the reward might be gone.
