Hi Moderators,
I just got my new connection today of $40 plan and it says No Sim. The dealer said the SIM card might be damaged and you need to contact Community Moderators to swap the sim. I got the SIM card. Here are the details.

@Manvirbhangu No sim sometimes is the result of your account not being provisioned properly. The Mod should be able to fix that. If that is the case just keep the newly purchased SiM as backup.

@Manvirbhangu did you contact the moderators as @Staliger suggested. They are the ones you need to get in touch with to swap the sim for you. Keep an eye on the private message envelope top right of your screen. You will receive their answer there.

I tried the sim card in my iPhone 11pro max and in a Samsung galaxy s10 it just said no SIM card so I got a new sim card from the store. He told me to post on here and get the moderator to swap my sim.

@Manvirbhangu you've just accidentally given the entire internet enough infromation to SIM jack you and/or steal your identity. Please, never ever post your full name, phone number, and DATE OF BIRTH in a public forum! Oh my goodness.
EDIT: okay now to your actual problem. It's pretty rare that SIM cards are defective. What is the brand and model of your phone? What are the symptoms you get when you try to make a call or send a text message?
