Don’t know why my subscription expired, and now I can’t find the place to make a payment, and I tried to pay by 611, but it tells me I need a pin, and I don’t know my pin, try to ask customer service submit a ticket, but got error page, need help

No, I got it done through reset my pin and use 611, thanks

Thanks I have been able to change my Pin and made payment use 611

the payment link is hard to find, please use this direct link to load enough money for renewal

is there a Pay and Resume service button there?

You can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 and no PIN needed to resume services right away

but to update your PIN number you can use this link to do so
