Hi,
Need to change my bank details but cannot remember neither password and my security question.
My plan has been deactivated cause the payment didn't went through.
Need to speak to someone to change my bank details as i cannot get into my account !

Please open ticket with CS Agent for them to reset it for you. I have the instructions just right above your last message there

HI @FabienAstre you need to get the login first, then you can update your credit card or visa debit card in the Payment tab there

you can get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart and dial 611 to make renewal payment and Reactivate your service.
