I need a receipt for the service I received in 2025. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to print the receipts, presumably because I had to transfer my phone number to a different mobile provider. Thanks!

This could prove to be very difficult. If a Customer Service Agent is able to help, I will be impressed. It is my understanding that once number has been ported out and an account is closed, all data and information is removed from the system. There may be no way to obtain these invoices. An option is to show credit card statements as the fee/charge would be there.

You can contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you login to your account to print out the last 9 months receipt or to supply you with the receipt. Or dm them:
