I joined this service but i didnt know the dont have any help lines, no call centres nothing. My 3g has not been working for a month now and i cant make any complains. I want to renew my service but the stupid self serve has logged me out I cant even try logging in, I want to change plans but this bull **bleep** is frustrating me so much.

I believe APN was the problem as my Data never worked, I will know about this once the service is resumed. Now to access my self serve, I need to reset my password, and my secret question password doesnt work. I tried to fund my account through *611 but it fails to process the pre registered credit card. what should I do to access my self serve or fund my account?

There is no store/kiosk, help center, or call line - a DIY, "less for less", "no frills" service.
But @CS_Agent flags attention to this thread.
You can click here to message the Mods.
And of course Self-Serve is how you monitor your account, while this community forum can also offer some answers or help.
You can try logging into Self-Serve again - clear your browser cache/cookies first or just use a different browser. There's not much you can fix or get fixed without even knowing the status of your account.
I suspect your Data wasn't working either because your phone didn't have APN settings configured for Public Mobile or because you simply used up your full Data allocation for the last billing cycle. But I think one problem at a time, the first priority should be to restore your access to Self-Serve and to active phone service.

Was your 3G working before? Try the steps shown here. Try using a different browser to login to self-serve.
