I was late putting my $25 plan on. If I don’t get help I’m switching carriers this Thursday. Not right I keep having ask for help get into my account. I don’t even get reply back.

Try this nice more, use Incognito mode to reset and login My account and see if it works
if not, PM supports will be your friend. Open ticket for them to help reset your password instead

I would suggest you go on AutoPay so you won’t run into this problem in the future.

Have you tried the forgot your password link?
You'd need your 4 digit account pin to use 611 and the credit card. But not for vouchers. You can get vouchers in stores and online. And you could use the real time payment method in some stores.

You can pay with credit card by dialing 611.
You can pay with payment vouchers same way.
