How long have you been a customer of Public mobile?
When you activated your account first, you would have created your own self service account. You would have chosen your email address as login and password, The exception is in the past, if you signed up in store with a vendor, then you need to creat an account when you returned home.

PM is an online service so you can login to your account and update yourself.
To contact a CS_Agent, you can create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message them on envelope icon above but it will take sometime for them to pm you back.
Much quicker and easier that you do it yourself but remember to clear your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser before login.

You'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to help create your account.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
In the meantime, you can also get a voucher and enter it by calling 611 from your mobile phone.
To get services going again, if you need that.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
