Greetings,
I have been a public mobile customer, I lost my SIM and bought a new public SIM. Can I please get assistance in pairing the new SIM to my number.
Thanks,

You have to open a ticket and ask moderator to do it for you. Considering you lost sim and can't login to public mobile user portal.

If my first reply doesn't work, or you are unable to access your Account you can always message the Customer Support Agent to have them update your SIM Card Manually.
Contact a Customer Support by tapping here. > Tell them you'd like to update your SIM Card, Provide your Name, Account Email, new SIM Card Number and some other Account/Personal details that may be asked for and they'll be able to update the SIM Card for you from the backend.
Anyone here on The Community aside from CSA_Agent are just regular Customers of Public Mobile looking to help eachother, that being said do not provide anyone your Personal Details or Account Information.

Sign into your Public Mobile Self Serve Account here using your Email + Password > When it sends a code to your Cell Phone Number tap 'Resend Code' and you'll see an option to have it sent to your Email > After signing into your Public Mobile Account on the Website tap on 'Overview' at the top and in the drop down menu you'll see 'Profile'.
Once in the Profile section you'll see 'SIM Card Number' in the My Phone Number section about halfway down the page.
Tap on edit on the right, and Follow the steps to update your new SIM Card.
