Need account Username and Password

I am a Public Mobile customer from last 12 years. I forgot my username and Password for my account since I didn't use my Username and Password from long time. Now I am not using my old Email and forgot the old Email ID. Please help me to reset the Public Mobile account and renew my auto-pay.

Enter your old email id that is attached to your PM account and answer the security question if you remember. If not, only moderators can help you restore your account.

You will then need to contact moderator.

 

Click on question mark on right lower corner of website.  Type: contact moderator and follow prompts to submit ticket for modeator help.  

 

You can also try dialing 611 on your phone.  You can do some basic self service tasks via 611.
