at public mobile no support by phone number or Email, only by CS_Agent,
you need to Contact Customer Support Agent and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

If it is account related issue (overpayment, no service, password issue, etc.) contact CSA through ticketing service.
For all other inquiries/questions ask here and I am sure many folks will try to help you out within minutes after your posting.

Since PM is the lower tier of Telus. To save on cost, there are no person to person contact. It is all done through messaging and PM Community help.
In most cases, the Community members can help with most common issues.
So what is your problem?

There is no phone number for customer service. All service is done via online with interactions with customer service agents.
Is there a specific question or concern you have? Many times, community members can offer advice to solve issues.
