I’ve used a voucher to pay fir my subscription but it’s still waiting for a direct deposit and it won’t resume my service what do I do

Do you see the available funds in your account after the voucher deposit? Is your account status active or suspended?
Usually, it should be immediate activation after voucher is accepted.
