My reward $10 for 8 months has not shown in my account

The reward like above 1st account is supposed to shown in my 2nd account, but it's not. 

The 2nd account has been registered only two days after the 1st one and it was definetly during the promotion period.

@ahnseong  The date a promotion is applied can vary wildly when it states within 30 days. If you haven't received it by February 22nd you can message the moderators then and inquire about it's application. Otherwise relax don't worry it will happen.

Up to 30 days as per the terms..

• Eligible customers will receive a credit for months 2-9, then resume paying full price from month 10 and onwards. Credit is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
• The first credit will be applied to all eligible accounts within 30 days of activation. Remaining credits will be applied prior to each renewal date.
• You will also be able to see the credits you’ve received by logging in to Self-Serve.
• If you switch your rate plan, OR fall into a suspend or inactive state while on the promotion, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.

So 2nd Account should be credited soon since you got it on first Account already provided it's eligible.

The promotion did say that it would appear in the first 30 days so I am sure it will show up eventually.
