My referral and me did not get the $10 bonus.

I referred a friend to Public Mobile, and neither of us got the $10 sign up bonus. Any idea why? The code was definitely used, and I have 1 referral under my rewards. But we did not get the $10 bonus.

For you friend, he/she should see the $10 within 72 hours.  Has it been 72 hours yet?  Wait the full 72 hours and if still not see the $10, ask him/her to open ticket with PM Support
