I just switched from one of the old plans to a new one and now I am unable to make and receive calls and text messages and it says my plan is active... Also I try to email for support and it says my email doesn't exist. Can someone please help me resolve these issues? @Mary_M

how about data? Have you tried removing sim and restarting your phone?

I have an active plan, it just won't let make or receive any calls and text messages.

i had a similar problem. Make sure you have a plan attached to your account. I had fund available, but there was no plan attached to my account and therefore i didn't have service, so once i want to "my plan" and added a plan, I received service immediately ...
