My phone only have SOS call available

Dear Team, 
My phone only got only SOS since this morning. 
I tried restart, reset still not solve the issue. 
Please advise.

did you check if you can login My Account and check account status?  Tried the sim on another phone?

But if account active and no service for no reason, ask PM to investigate .  

Not sure if you can  open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to reset your SIM if your account is active and kept up with monthly payment.

@CynthiaCYN   And your account is active not suspended? Can you try the SIM card in another phone ? If you just activated recently could be account set up issue and support can help and refresh your account
