My phone is suspended I was on autopay

I am going to assume that maybe it was what was suggested above and you are up and running now since we haven't heard back. If your services still aren't working you may be having an issue that many were facing earlier this month where the only remedy was opening a ticket with a CSA, but I am guessing/hoping it is the former.

Suspended? Are you saying you have NO service at all or you are just seeing this message on your account:

Did you get SMS from 611 saying your plan renewed or not?

If it is a day before your renewal date. There is a standard message telling you to ignore message if you have sufficient funds in your account or on AutoPay.

Do you have ANY service? Can you call/SMS/Internet.

If you see this on your account, Ignore it as everybody gets it on renewal day.

@Yohanb   If you login to My Account, does it shows Suspended?  is your phone service working now?  Check the Transaction log (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/) to confirm if it shows PM has charge you yet for renewal.

 

If they haven't charge you, and you have no service now and your My Account show status Suspended, then make a manual payment as follow:

 

Login to My Account, Payment Tab, One time Payment

Use the option "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and then manually enter the plan amount:

Once payment is made successfully, click on the Reactivate current plan button if it is there

Then logoff My Account and reboot your phone 

It should work then

Are your services working? If not then it looks like the autopay failed. You'll need to log in to your account and make a manual payment to restart the account. Don't use amount due as it seems problematic. Or dial 611 and use your 4 digit pin to make a payment using the credit card on file.

Is the phone able to call and text right now. The reason I ask...when your plan goes through the renewal process...it appears to be Suspended until successfully renewed.

If phone still works...just ignore.

If phone isn't working...let us know.
