Hello,
I've had call forwarding setup from public mobile to another carrier for 4+ years, for some reason it seems to not be working. Can someone help look into the account and see what's going on?

Do you use the all forward option or conditional options? There seems to be a problem with conditionals the last little while. Perhaps related to volte stuff. But all forwarding should still work.
