My phone disconnects after 15-20secs on a call

I am trying to call a local area number (416) and after about 15 seconds it drops the call and looks for provider.
Please help

I am using android.
I have rebooted my phone. and reset network settings  and still nothing

@ce87  you can also send a message to a CS_Agent and have them reset your network from the back end if @hTideGnow  's suggestion doesnt do the trick!

what phone do you have? are you new subscriber?

try Reboot Phone and Reset Network Settings
