@Cmh1- Did you possibly deal with a credit card problem recently? Another maybe, can you check devicecheck.ca just in case.

@Cmh1   the phone type would not matter

But more than one accounts  got cut off due to non-payment?  They all use the same credit card?  If that is the case, it could really be an issue with your credit card instead of PM.

@Cmh1   Autopay could fail for many reason

you can simply login to My Account using incognito mode.  Confirm your account status showing Suspended.  You should see a button "Reactivate my plan". Click on it, and follow the prompt to make a manual payment.   Once paid, logoff from My Account and reboot your phone

Service cut off because of payment. Always had auto payment and not sure why this changed. Need to talk to someone.

Some more details would be helpful @rons to narrow down if this is a device, account, network, or sim issue.

Try performing a reset of the device's network settings.

If you have tried the sim card into another compatible phone as @JL9 suggested, and the issue is the same, could there be an outage in your area?

Check for outages in your area:

https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages

https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus

https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/map/

If issues persist, after this and others suggestions, submit a ticket to CSA to see if this is an account issue that can be reset.

To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

@rons

You must be in a dead zone so check how many signal bars. You need to move a strong signal location.

It can be hit and miss, you can do some troubleshooting if you or a friend/family member has another phone and do some sim swapping and see if it is the device or sim/network ,etc

Just one of these things that can occasionally happen with all mobile providers .

Since when?

Maybe you are losing connection with network?

Maybe your phone is dying?

HI @rons

did it just start happen lately? or always?

What kind of phone do you have? make and model?  and which city you are at?

Try to change to 3G Only (some phones call it WCDMA only or HSPA Only) and see if it works
