My payment is duplicated. what to do?

I just came back from another country and tried to activate my account. 

I first activate and applied for auto payment. then boom! The payment is duplicated.

Just wanted to cancel the one, not auto payment. What I should do?!

 

I think I entered only credit info but why do they say Debit in the payment detail??

@cyoung hi you are better of leaving it there for your next payment cycle or ask for a refund

In general, with Public mobile, there are no refunds. As stated above, you can contact customer service agent to see whether they can help. YMMV.  

 

If PM does offer refund, it takes several weeks to process. Easier to leave the funds in your available balance for next payment.  

 

It is the standard method of payment reporting to show

Credit or Visa debit Top-up

Even though you used credit card. Nothing to worry about.

You have a $30 balance. If your phone is working and your Account shows as active, Public Mobile will pull your next payment from your balance. If you are ok with that, do nothing.

You must have clicked on payment twice but no worries…it is a credit of $30 which will apply to July payment.
