My number did not port to PM after 2 days

Hi All!

I have transferred my number from Rogers two days ago (confirmed the number porting SMS with YES respoonse), but incoming calls are still going straight to voicemail and I also don't get incoming texts. Outgoing calls and texts work as well data. Based on what I read I popped my old Rogers SIM card in and I see it’s still active. I did reply YES to the porting message two days ago. Did the port fail? Please help!

Thanks for advices - I've done all you suggested (only PM sim card in the phone, no Rogers traces whatsoever, reset network settings, restarted my phone), but incoming calls are still go into VM, incoming text doesn't arrive.
will call the porting support team now, thanks!

hi @19fisa 

make sure you have removed the Rogers sim card or if the Rogers is an esim, disable it

then make sure PM sim or esim is the only one set as Enabled or toggled on with Turn on this line.  Then reboot the phone once more and then Reset network settings on the phone.  

if it still does not work, call the Porting support team.  I have message you the number to your Community inbox
