It all depends when did you signed up with PM.
If it is in this year, only Points are available to you as rewards.

If your plan was suspended during the last month or you switched to a different plan right away and not on your renewal date, that could have been the reason why rewards weren't applied.
Either way, you should probably get a Customer Support Agent to look at your account activities.

@Deepika543 you have been with PM for over a year and you have been getting the autopayment and loyalty points discount?
have you changed to the new rewards system , Public Points ? if so, the new system no longer offers those discounts, you got points instead
or you have put your account in Lost/Stolen lately?
if you are still on the old reward system and you should be getting those rewards, please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

If you're on the points rewards system, you don't get savings for auto pay.
Also you need 15 points to start redeeming them, for add ons or savings towards your bill.

@Deepika543 @Try signing in again incognito mode / private mode there are cache issues and once in you can try to refresh tapping spinner to get most up to date info
