if you are the one who joined, and cannot find the $10 on your account, then you open ticket using your Community inbox
for your son-in-law, he will see 1 Public Point added to his rewards account on every renewal

The above isn't correct. The referrer doesn't get any credit in the available funds.

if he really does not see that and the account was activated for 3 days already, please ask him, using his Community account, to open ticket with PM
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if having trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

As your son in law referred you, he doesn't get a $10 credit. The $10 credit is for you.
