I lost my email account and I need my account number for this phone number

You'll have to ask for that from a CSA.

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket first.  Then you can get your email address updated and your account number too.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode. You might have better luck.

You can still use the e-mail as your username to access self-serve.

It's just a login username.

The PM account number is under the Profile tab on the left, then to the right, you'll see it (just hover over the eye to view it)

If for some reason you also cannot access the self-serve site, contact CSA's to get account information:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
