My current plan is 25 cad/month before tax, can I switch to new plan 25 cad/month with 3GB

I have been a long-term customer since 2020. Can I switch from the current 25 cad/month with 1 GB to the new plan 25 CAD/month with 3 GB? The current plan I got from the first activation in 2020.

I know this is going to sound VERY stupid in your eyes BUT this is the only way to get that plan if you want. You'd have to port out to another service provider and then port back in as a new customer. However, personally, I'd hold off from doing that as Black Friday isn't too far off so there may be some better plan offers by then. Food for thought.

Hello @KhaNguyen 

If you open the app on your phone, go to change subscriptions and see if the offer is there. If it is, then you can switch. I'd suggest switching for "next renewal date" so you don't lose any money. If it's not there, then you can't switch.
