Hello, I reloaded my account on July 25th and I believe the button for payment loaded twice because I can see an extra $35 on my account and my credit card was charged twice for the amount of $35. My intention that day was to do a one-time $35 credit load in order to re-activate my account.
Please help reverse the second charge.
