My accounts have been changed without my knowledge. What can I do?

I had 4.5 GB data ( including my bonuses) for 2 years and unlimited calling for $25 minus my refer a friend and auto payment credits and my renewal date was on the 16th of the month.  Now my renewal date is the 1st of the month and I only have 1GB data and 500 minutes of calls.

That is an amazing deal as I never remember seeing a plan that gets that much data for 25, as mentioned it may have been a bonus or limited time promo. A CSA can investigate and give you an answer as even the 25 plan should be unlimited calls. You may be referring to either a bonus or an add of 500 mins, either way a CSA can sort it all out.

@Claudette3 PM is running on 30 days cycle ,not monthly,  the cycles start day will therfore keep changing., moving up one day after a 31 day month

 

As to the data, $25 only come with 1GB, likely you had an bonus with expiry date and had expired 

 

To clarify, you can open ticket with PM support and they can confirm if you had an expired bonus
