I am a current public mobile customer. I used to have anaccount that i accessed to pay each month.  I forgot my password and my email had changed a few times and I dint remember which one I used.  I have been buying phone cards for the last several years but now am unable to find any place that sells them.  I need tor ecover my account so that I can Please help me access my account.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the number of the second account. If the system can’t locate the number then that account is now closed due to nonpayment longer than 90 days.

If it was located than you need to make a manual payment to restore service.
